our approach

We work at whatever level the problem actually sits.

One belief, applied without exception: build around what customers truly value. Three ways to bring us in — from a single session to an open-ended seat.

Three ways of support

FIXED SCOPE

Projects

We find where customer value meets market opportunity. Then design the solution, validate it, and roll it out with your team.

ONGOING

Seat

A seat beside you, filled by someone who's run a business. We pressure-test the calls you're about to make.

TEAM ALIGNMENT

Facilitation

We run the room so your leadership team surfaces the truth it already holds, and leaves aligned.

Fixed scope · Think · Design · Implement
Projects

We lead the work that turns an opportunity or a problem into revenue. Built and owned with your team.

How it works

We work with your team. Every phase runs with your people in the room, so the thinking transfers as the work happens. When we step back, the capability stays.

THINK
Where you play, and what it takes to move. You leave with the map: where value and opportunity meet.
DESIGN
What you build. Workshops turn one focus area into concepts your own customers value — and validate, before you build.
IMPLEMENT
Build and roll out. We lead the work with your team, then step back as they run it.

Each phase is a separate decision. Run the full journey, or a single phase on its own.

"The brief isn't finished until a customer has said yes to it."

When a project fits

A margin or growth gap you can't cost-cut your way out of.
A big build decision with no customer-grounded brief.
A strategy that's drifted from what customers value.
A portfolio that needs focus, to enhance value and growth in the right places.

Why it's different

We start from customer needs, not what the room assumes. Your own customers prove the demand for a solution before you commit to building it. When the rollout is done, we hand the capability back — not a report to argue with.

Ongoing · No fixed scope
Seat

A Seat starts with your topic and puts our thinking behind Single-Minded to one purpose: an honest read of how ready you are to grow around the customer.

Who reaches for this

You're new in the role, and need support for the first 100 days to get a grip of the challenge ahead, or there is a gap between the strategy you inherited and the capability of the organisation. Or you simply need to set a new direction to reach ambitious targets. Or you've been asked to lead "transformation," but the ambition is set up without an outside-in perspective.

How it starts

It's a seat, not a project. A Project builds where you'll play and how you'll win. A Seat reads whether you're ready to — across strategy, capability, intellectual capital and culture — and helps you make the call that follows. No scope, no deliverable. Every seat opens the same way: three sessions that build one honest map before we touch anything that's live.

SESSION ONE - WHERE YOU STAND
An honest read across four readiness dimensions: strategy, capability, intellectual capital, culture.
SESSION TWO - WHAT IT TAKES
The gaps between ambition and readiness to deliver it — what closes, and in what order.
SESSION THREE - THE CALL THAT MATTERS NOW
The decision made with conviction — or a clear list of what's missing before you can make it.

Three sessions, one fixed price: 150 kSEK (excl. tax). Then you decide — continue or not. From there it follows your calendar. One partner, start to finish. You leave with your Readiness Agenda: where to build, where to close, in the order that matters — yours to run, not ours to deliver.

"Most calls don't need more data. They need someone who's made a version of this call before, sitting across the table."

Why it's different

A board sees the outcome of a decision, not the decision itself.
A coach works to improve the person.
A Seat focuses on the business, with someone who has actually run one — and who has nothing left to sell you once the retainer starts, only the next honest conversation.

Team alignment · Led by a senior partner
Facilitation

Across most leadership teams, critical insights are already in the room. Through our facilitation, we turn insights into a picture the whole team can see, and act on.

What a day looks like

We design the room backwards from the decision you need to reach. We bring the narrative and the sequence. You bring the knowledge — most of it already inside your organisation. We open by agreeing exactly what the room is there to decide, and turn your own data into the inputs that spark the conversation. From there, structured exercises and honest probing bring every perspective out, until the team is genuinely prepared to stand behind what it's found. We close by converging: prioritising, assigning owners, and writing the brief your teams can act on.

Internal ownership throughout, external facilitation. One senior partner runs the room, start to finish.

"Everyone in the room usually already knows the answer. What they lack is the room where saying it out loud is safe."

Three reasons teams bring us in

To align — one shared picture the whole team owns.
‍To decide — the stalled cross-functional call, finally made.
‍To learn — a collective look at the market, seen anew.

Why it's different

The content is yours. Sometimes our preparation structure your data to set the frame for the group to complete. Sometimes it is not necessary. We bring the narrative and process that turn unstructured knowledge and hypotheses into a cross functional leadership decision. Ownership stays internal, so the team commits to the conclusion instead of arguing with a one-eyed perspective.
